Buyers or Sellers home inspection
Rates are based on the total square footage (that is total
not just finished) and the age of the house. Larger and/or older homes take longer. Things that also might factor
into the fee include things like: further location, extra heating systems, extra kitchens, or additional electrical panels
etc. Please try to be as accurate as possible when you call for a quote, that way we budget our time for your home appropriately.
Most homes will fall between $275 and $325.
There is an additional $30
fee for delaying payment until your closing...let us know ahead of time if this is something you'd like us to do
Radon testing
Radon testing is $125 per monitor. Most homes only require
one monitor, but we'd be happy to make adjustments for homes with multiple foundation types and for re-testing. Call
for a quote.
Energy Audits
With the wide variety of services that can be performed, our pricing
is based on a house by house basis. The most basic energy audit is only $85. Call for a quote and we can go over
your options.
Commercial inspections
Because we inspect many types of commercial properties this rate
is again based on total square footage, age, and intended use of the building. In this case it is especially important
to be accurate about the number of cooling and heating systems, electrical panels, and specifics related to each building.
Calling for a quote is recommended.
Payment should be made
by check to: ZINN Home Inspection Services and is due at the time of the inspection unless other arrangements have been made
