Owner and inspector Kevan Zinn has been a native of Central Illinois
for almost 30 years. A graduate of Bloomington High School and Illinois State University, Kevan also served in the Illinois
National Guard. Kevan received his Home Inspector license after completing his course work at the Midwest Inspectors
Institute, under the instruction of Dana Strumpher. ZINN Home Inspection Services has been serving home buyers and sellers
since 2003. Kevan also subcontracts building permit inspections for local communities. Additionally Kevan

Christine is happy to provide you with the answers to your home inspection questions. She’ll set up a convenient
inspection time and provide you with all the scheduling details. Never hesitate to leave a voicemail message; Christine
strives to follow up with all clients, perspective clients, and information seekers promptly. Christine is also a licensed
radon technician and member of the McLean Co. Radon Awareness Task Force. She will happily set up the continous radon
monitor to determine the levels of radon present, and report back to you with the results.
